We understand the needs of our tenants go beyond receiving a set of keys and a landlord’s contact information. We pair each of our properties and tenants with a dedicated Account Manager who is responsible for any tenant requests made – five days a week, 52 weeks a year. These Account Managers are experienced real estate professionals who understand the obligations, expectations and standards applicable to any rental unit in Ontario and are dedicated to creating a happy and healthy tenant experience.
Our resources page houses documents specific to your building including condo declarations, by-laws, rules and regulations, pet rules and user manuals.

Realtors are professionals trained in the leasing and sale of multiple forms of real estate and we respect and support their role in the industry. Our T2 Condo Rentals Account Managers are real estate professionals who have specific additional training and experience with condominium rental properties and the unique challenges they present – such as issues arising from residential tenancy laws and developments, or matters relating to repairs and maintenance. This focus on residential leasing and property management is what makes our managers unique from realtors.
